Emerging markets continue to be bright spot

Recent global economic news has reinforced the view that the emerging nations are still the main bright economic spot in the global economy. European automakers gathered in Geneva last week had the same prognosis of Europe, i.e. , automotive demand would be in the lower ranges of forecasts for the next five years as the continent still struggles to get to grip with its debt hangover.
