Kazakhstan Sees Threat From Afghan Instability

ASTANA, Kazakhstan—Oil-rich Kazakhstan isn’t immune to the threat of instability in Afghanistan amid this year’s withdrawal of NATO-led troops, the country’s foreign minister said.
