Kenneth Carnesi is currently the Chief Operating Officer & Director of Government Sales at Anaptyx LLC, an award-winning MSP in the Bulk Wi-Fi industry for more than 20 years. In addition to his responsibility for domestic and international expansion of the bulk wi-fi business business, Mr. Carnesi oversees the Government Contracts Division and the Regulatory Compliance Division. Mr. Carnesi holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, a Professional Certificate in International Banking from Harvard Law School, and a Specialization Degree in Entrepreneurship & Startups from the Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the International Association of Regulatory Compliance Professionals, the Society for Corporate Compliance & Ethics, and the National MSP Alliance. Mr. Carnesi was first published in the 2012 Edition of Executive Who’s Who and has since been published in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in International Business.

In 1998, Mr. Carnesi was ordained by the Vatican as a Knight in the Order of the Poor Knights of Christ (Knights Templar), and his knighthood was recognized in 1999 in the Court of St. James in London. Currently, Mr. Carnesi is preparing his latest book, “All Hope Abandon,” for release in the Summer of 2026. Mr. Carnesi has also authored numerous articles on emerging markets and the use of biometrics for identification and authentication, as well as numerous Kindle E-book guides on Amazon U.S and Amazon international.
