AKTAU Kazakhstan (Reuters) – Russia has offered to let Kazakhstan ship its oil to Eastern Europe via Druzhba pipeline’s spur in Ukraine, Russian Energy Ministry said on Wednesday, in a move seen as Moscow’s attempts to hedge transit risks.
